Another piece of my past

Gary Coleman, dies at 42!
In the past 5 years a lot of my past has died.
The future is bright, but promised to no one.
I do appreciate the gifts of the modern(2010) world.
There is something heartfelt when part of the past dies.

Something to reflect, if not briefly upon.

I don't know

When shall stability return to the landscape?
When shall the bills begin to be paid?
When will the tumultuous times calm down.
How may be a better question.
As Ozzy said in "The Blizzard of Ozz"

Time to rev up the chariot and head down route 50.

The good and bad are blending together today.
The year has been good, but I am ready for the next leg up!
I would like life for myself and Tonia to be better than just a series of struggles, in between a series of crises.
Steady would be nice!

The morning after

I have forgotten the feeling of weariness after 8 hours of chess play. Close, but no cigar!
However, I feel much better about this game, and my ability looking at it with a clearer head.
I am still a fan of my favorite team no matter how many times they disappoimt me.
The work has begun again!
How long will the repair take?

New day, new post

Getting into the flow.
I am sure that I can get carried away with the bells and whistles available, but I pause.
The world is getting smaller, but I am enjoying it more.
Peace to all of my fellow travelers.

It is a blur

This time of year I wind down and crank up at the same time.
Some new found conveniences have helped matters much.
I have decided to let my chess team battle without me tonight.
I need to prepare to play at an acceptable level with them in the future.
I am under construction, while operating at a high frequency.

Time flies, and so must I.
Been a nice morning, but the afternoon is upon us.
Of to Vienna by way of DC.
Not many comments, so I must get the blog out there!

A nice relief from the educational battleground.
In addition the Capital Beltway will not have me in its clutches today.
I can blog, write and play today.

First Monday of May

A wacky wild beginning of the month.
I will be heading off to Key School in about an hour.
A communication break must be repaired.
