The last of April

This month has vanished before my very eyes.
The chess portion of this blog is due to grow in the next month.
Lots of ideas are coming from the internal combustion engine.
The external sources will crank up as well.

Creating a bed

I spent the last glorious minutes of this georgeous morning helping Tonia assemble a rollaway bed in the guest room. Great fun if you like that kind of thing.
Three weeks left in this semester's Eastern Shore journey.
It is always fun to go East. I would like more opportunities there in the future.
In a half an hour it will be off to the West.
Power to the people !!!

Daily thought

 Ideas must be raised like children.

If they are cared for, and loved, they will blossom into wonderful adulthood.

Home is where the hearth is

A nice flame is a burning.
Cozy and warm.
A nice meal consumed with my honey nearby.
What's not to like!
Slothfully moving to rejoice surviving the days battles.
The pace is slow and tame.
Excitement?
I can create that in a breath.

I have created a group on Facebook called "UnionKnight's Chess Universe".
I am inviting all to come and share, and grow with me.
More will be revealed as we go.
It is almost 10, and the art of efficiency must be practiced.

This is the last of the year that I will be part of.

The school year is lowering its curtain ever so slowly.

No Anand-Topalov today, but beat a few GMs on ICC.

Feels quite nice.
